Terms of Service

By accessing or using PulseShield (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions set forth below, you may not access or use the Service in any manner.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and any other persons who access or use the Service (“Users”). By creating an account, purchasing a license, or installing the PulseShield software on your server, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

PulseShield provides server-side anti-cheat software designed specifically for FiveM game servers. Our software detects and prevents unauthorized modifications, exploits, and cheating behavior in real time, helping server administrators maintain a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for their communities.

We continuously update and improve our detection algorithms to stay ahead of emerging threats. However, no anti-cheat system can guarantee 100% detection of all cheating attempts.

To purchase and manage licenses, you must create an account on our website. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

When you purchase a PulseShield license, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software on the specified number of servers as indicated in your license plan.

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor, Polar.sh (powered by Stripe). By making a purchase, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase.

Our refund policy is detailed in a separate document. In summary, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new license purchases.

You agree to use PulseShield only for its intended purpose - protecting FiveM servers from cheating. You agree NOT to use PulseShield:

• In any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• To harass, abuse, defame, or harm other players, server administrators, or community members
• To distribute malware, viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful code
• To impersonate PulseShield employees, representatives, or partners
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts
• To falsely claim detections, manipulate detection logs, or fabricate evidence of cheating
• To circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the software

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, at our sole discretion.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. PULSESHIELD MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• That the service will detect all cheating attempts, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
• That the service will operate without false positives or false negatives
• That the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• That the service is compatible with all FiveM server configurations, hardware, or software environments
• That the results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PulseShield disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PulseShield, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any false positive detection that results in player bans, server disputes, or community disruption
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data, including player data on your server
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through or by the service

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:

• If you violate any provision of these Terms
• If you engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• If we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority
• If we decide to discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice where practicable)

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and your license to use the software will be revoked. You must uninstall the software from all your servers and cease all use. Provisions relating to limitations of liability, disclaimers of warranties, and governing law shall survive any termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Prague, Czech Republic. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection based on venue or inconvenient forum.

We reserve the exclusive right to modify these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes, which may include:

• Sending an email notification to the address associated with your account
• Posting a notice on our website or within the dashboard
• Updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page

Your continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account before the changes take effect.
